Why work at On The Hill?

At On The Hill, we're more than a café and events venue. We are a community-owned organisation that exists to create a welcoming place where people can connect, celebrate, learn and belong. Every event we host, every customer we welcome and every room we hire helps support our wider community work across Bedminster Down.

Our team is small, supportive and collaborative. We enjoy working together, sharing ideas and helping one another succeed. We value kindness, professionalism, creativity and a willingness to get stuck in. If you're looking for work where you can see the difference your efforts make every day, we'd love to hear from you.
