You don't have to be an employee to make a difference at On The Hill.
Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us create a welcoming, community-focused space, whether that's supporting events, helping in the café, assisting with practical tasks, or sharing specialist skills.

At On The Hill, we're more than a café and events venue. We are a community-owned organisation that exists to create a welcoming place where people can connect, celebrate, learn and belong. Every event we host, every customer we welcome and every room we hire helps support our wider community work across Bedminster Down.
Our team is small, supportive and collaborative. We enjoy working together, sharing ideas and helping one another succeed.
